Signage double fail

This put a huge smile on my face in the middle of a low-spirited afternoon.

I actually got such a kick out of it that for a moment I wondered if it were an art installation. Like whoever lives on the first floor made the sign and positioned the bike there just to watch the reactions of passers-by.

Yeah, that would be cool. Not very bloody likely though. Unfortunately, it's far more probable that someone really is so stupid they can't spell "fence."
