Mary and the disinterested donkey. It's possible that the two "lawn" ornaments aren't connected--maybe the resident just took a liking to each one and thought they'd both look smashing on the concrete patio out front. But given the preponderance of Catholicism in these parts, it does seem likely they were going for some sort of nativity theme here. I'll have to check back in a few more months to see if they roll out the rest of the characters.
