That's me. Or, to be grammatically correct, (though I am no longer teaching English): That is I.
My cousin Bjorn has been working for the Peace Corps in The Gambia (West Africa) for a year and a half now, and only recently have I started reading his blog.
I know, right?!
And it's amazing! He's a great writer and his unique, honest voice really comes through as he describes what his daily life is like, the people he meets, the frustrations, the work, and how he's dealing with it all. There are some great pictures too--like the one I just saw of a ginormous snake he removed from his hut using only a pillowcase!
My cousin is as brave as Steve Irwin! (R.I.P.)
If you're at all interested in what life in the Peace Corps is like, what living in Africa is like, or what my cousin is like, you should check it out:

Now I'm taking my spoiled American ass into the city to run some errands. I was going to comment on how it's blistering hot in New York today, but after just reading about weeding and watering fields of crops in Africa I don't think I can complain about the weather or my chores ever again!
