I was laughing out loud as I took the picture and this woman sitting on a nearby stoop was glaring at me. I don't know if she's the author of the local signage or if she just disapproved of my reaction.
Maybe Obama should send her down to the Gulf of Mexico to duct-tape signs to the oil rigs: This area is under video surveillance! Stop leaking!
She seems pretty vehement; it just might work.

That is so cute/funny.
One time I saw a "No Bicycles" sign (black with white font), but someone had filled in the "no" and parked their bicycle there anyway.
